Ceremonies

Wedding ceremonies are traditionally held in two beautiful outdoor locations. The famous Grand Hotel Front Porch, the longest in the world, is lined with red geraniums, the hotel’s signature flower. From this one-of-a-kind vantage point, you and your guests have a view of the Straits of Mackinac, Mackinac Bridge and the Grand Hotel gardens.

A second location, the Grand Hotel Tea Garden, sits amidst the meticulously manicured flower gardens with panoramic views looking up at the hotel. An immense stone fountain is the Tea Garden’s centerpiece with a beautiful hand crafted wall lining the garden with flowers all around.

Please know that both of these locations are weather permitting and indoor locations are also provided when needed.
