Just a quick, one hour drive north of Puerto Vallarta, Casa Xzavian & Casita offers a sprawling compound built over the Pacific Ocean with a private beach and ocean views from nearly every room in the main villa. The main home fronts the ocean, hosting five en-suite bedrooms. Just behind the main home sits a separate, detached casita providing two en-suite bedrooms with a kitchenette. Casa Xzavian provides comfortable sleeping for fourteen guests. A resort-style infinity pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and spectacular views are perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and unplugging. Enjoy late afternoon cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the sunset palapa while watching sea turtles at dusk, whales breaching, pounding waves and beautiful sunsets.

Owners / Designers
Casa Xzavian was designed by Juan Jose Galindo Bautista of Calli Intra Muros, alongside owners Alan Kirshner and entrepreneur and artist Suzy Ginsburg, that sourced local Mexican art, handmade furniture, designer rugs, and plush linens add to the luxurious warm atmosphere.
