About Beth
Beth Shankle Anderson is an etiquette expert, author, speaker, media resource, and owner of Anderson Etiquette, a company specializing in professional development. Beth understands that modern manners and proper etiquette are central to one’s success in life. To this end, Beth has developed several presentations specifically designed to help others achieve these goals.
Beth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctor degree with cum laude honors. After practicing law for approximately a decade, Beth navigated into the style world with the launch of The Style Bouquet, a website devoted to bridal and lifestyle topics. Additionally, Beth is a TEDxFSU speaker on the topic of “Mountains and Valleys” where she spoke about two women’s journeys from complete devastation to triumph.
Relying on her Southern upbringing and love for all things beautiful, Beth moved into the etiquette, protocol, and manners space with the launch of Anderson Etiquette which strives to make etiquette accessible to everyone. In furtherance of these goals, Beth completed the Emily Post Institute’s Certificate for Business Etiquette for Professionals to advance her knowledge and ability to teach these principles.
As the etiquette columnist for Tallahassee Magazine and Emerald Coast Magazine, Beth provides insights on each issue’s major topics from etiquette basics to food to atmosphere and fun!
